Andrell D. Rogers, known professionally as Kilo Ali, was born on May 1, 1973, in Atlanta, Georgia, and is an American rapper. He released his debut album Organized Bass in 1997. The album featured collaborations with notable artists such as George Clinton, Cee-Lo of Goodie Mob, JT Money, and Big Boi from OutKast, reaching the number 173 position on the Billboard 200 chart. In 2005, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison but was released in 2011. Following his release, Kilo Ali published Hieroglyphics in 2011 and participated in the 808 Festival in 2015 alongside other artists. His track "America has a Problem (Cocaine" was notably sampled on Beyoncé’s 2023 single "America Has a Problem".
