Bi Kyo Ran, a Japanese progressive rock band formed in 1974, initially gained attention as a tribute act to King Crimson, showcasing guitarist Kunio Suma's emulation of Robert Fripp's style. Their early albums include American Madness (1982) and Parallax (1983). Bi Kyo Ran's discography also features live recordings such as Who Ma (Live Vol. 2) (1988) and Deep Live! (1995) and A Violent Music (1998). The band's music often includes complex compositions and intricate instrumentation, reflecting their progressive rock roots. Bi Kyo Ran gained wider attention for composing the soundtrack to the anime Cromartie High School under the pseudonym Bikyoran. The group also performed the ending theme, "Trust Me".
