Vatreni Poljubac, a hard rock and heavy metal band, was formed in 1977 in Sarajevo by vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter Milić Vukašinović. Their debut single "Doktor za rock and roll" (1978) became an immediate hit. The band's first album, Oh, Što Te Volim, Joj! (1978), blended hard rock and heavy metal with folk influences. Notable releases include Recept Za Rock'n'Roll (1979) and To Je Ono Pravo (1980). The band went on hiatus from 1982 to 1985, reforming for the album Iz Inata (1985), which featured former Bijelo Dugme vocalist Mladen Vojičić "Tifa" on vocals. After disbanding in 1986, Vukašinović reformed Vatreni Poljubac in Belgrade in 1998, releasing several albums over the next two decades.
