Felskinn, a Swiss heavy metal band from Lucerne, was founded by Andy Portmann initially as a solo project and expanded to include Stefan Schroff on guitar, Flavio Mezzodi on drums, and René Maurer on bass. Their debut performance took place at the Z7 venue supporting Shakra. Shortly after, René Maurer was replaced by Sarah Zaugg. Felskinn released their self-titled debut album Felskinn in 2006 and followed it with Listen! in 2007. The band went on hiatus for several years before returning in late 2017 with Beat Schaub on bass. In 2018, they released the album Mind Over Matter. The lineup also further changed in 2019 with the addition of guitarists Martin Rauber and Tom Graber, as well as drummer Ronnie Wolf. In 2022, the band released Enter the Light.
