Yuxu is an Azerbaijani rock band from Sumgait established in 1988. The ensemble was founded by musician Ibrahim Eminov and drummer Chingiz Eyvazov and included guitarist Namig Naghdaliyev and vocalist Jasur Nematov. Their recording career began with a demo tape (1989) featuring the song “Xəzərin sahilində”, which reached wider visibility after its music video was broadcast on the television station ANS TV in 1991. The ensemble relocated to Istanbul, Turkey, in 1991 and subsequently released the debut studio recording Xəzərin sahilində (1993) through the label Uzelli Müzik. Yuxu released the studio recording Sumqayıt (1994) followed by the final studio recording Ölümə çarə yox (2001) through the label ADA Müzik. The group became inactive in 2001 following the 1999 İzmit earthquake. Their discography included a vinyl release of their debut recording in 2020. The ensemble resumed activity in 2024 with a new lineup including Eyvazov, bassist Elchin Emin, and keyboardist Lachin Qəhrəmanov.
