Gods of Blitz was a German rock band formed in Berlin in 2004. Their debut album, Stolen Horse, was released in 2005 through the Four Music label. In 2007, they issued Reporting a Mirage, which broadened their audience across German rock venues. Their album, Under the Radar, was released in 2009. Following the departure of frontman and bassist Sebastian Gäbel in 2008, Nico Kozik joined the band, and Carsten Brocker completed the lineup on synthesizer. The band unofficially disbanded after a subsequent tour. Four and a half years after their final performance, Gods of Blitz reunited in their original lineup for two concerts in Berlin in May 2012.
