Fuckin' Faces were a German punk rock band from Heringen formed in 1990. The ensemble was founded by vocalist and guitarist Butz, drummer Drops, and bassist Stefan. They released their debut studio album, Im Vakuum des Vertrauens (1993), through the label Nasty Vinyl. Following the departure of Stefan in 1995, bassist Alex joined the group for the studio recordings Neue Wege (1995) and Licht und Schatten (1997). The ensemble disbanded in 2000 following riots at a concert but returned in 2003 for the “Rock am Schacht” festival. That same year, they issued a split recording with Sonne Ost titled Im falschen Film (2003). In 2011, they performed as part of the “Spirit from the Streets Festival on Tour”. The group announced their final disbandment in 2019.
