Müllstation, a German punk band from Eisleben in Saxony-Anhalt, East Germany, was founded in 1980. The group initially consisted of Harty Sachse ("Steve Aktiv") on vocals and Volker "Rolfo" Sachse on drums, along with their cousin Frank "Rialdo/Rio" Baur on guitar. They started playing with homemade instruments before Susanne "Susi" Horn joined on bass. In 1982, Müllstation met moderators from Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) in East Berlin, leading to their radio debut on the West-German program Club on NDR 2. The band released three albums on cassette tape with Trash Tape Rekords after the fall of the Berlin Wall and five subsequent albums on Höhnie Records. Notable releases include Wir sind dabei! (1993) and Anschlag (2004). They contributed to various punk samplers, including Punk Rock BRD Volume 2, released by Weird System in 2004.
