Ghosting was a German band founded in 1989 by Sascha Tayefeh in Koblenz. The band's early works were characterized by melancholic and atmospheric compositions, drawing comparisons to acts like Coil and Dead Can Dance. Their style evolved through distinct phases: from ambient experimentation to classical influences, notably in albums like Songs From Fairyland (1994) and the instrumental Enter My Crypt (1995). Ghosting's sound later incorporated techno and trance elements. The group disbanded in 2003 but reunited for an exclusive concert at the 30th Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig in 2023.
