Weidorje was a French rock band from Paris, France, that was formed in 1976 by Bernard Paganotti and Patrick Gauthier. Both were active members of Magma at the time, and began Weidorje as a parallel project to explore their own compositions, eventually adding Jean-Pol Asseline on keyboards, Kirt Rust on drums, Michel Ettori on guitar, Alain Guillard on saxophone, and Yvon Guillard on trumpet and vocals. Their debut album, Weidorje, was recorded in February 1978 at Château d’Hérouville and released the same year. The band's live performances included notable appearances at the Olympia in Paris and the Saint John's fire festival in Sierck-les-Bains. Weidorje disbanded in September 1979 as Paganotti announced his plans to focus on his solo career. In 2023, Noizu Recordings released Live At Toulon 1978, featuring seven tracks from their live performances.
