Frank Edwards, born on March 20, 1909, in Washington, Georgia, was an American blues musician known for his guitar and harmonica skills. He was known by various names including Mr. Frank, Black Frank, and Mr. Cleanhead. In 1941, he released "Three Women Blues" for Okeh Record. In the following years, he recorded for Regal Records in 1949 and Trix Records in the mid-1970s. Edwards also contributed to sessions for the Music Maker Relief Foundation. On March 22, 2002, at the age of 93, he died from a heart attack in Greenville, South Carolina while being driven back to his Atlanta home after completing his final recordings.
