Maria Christina Apetri, known professionally as Fallulah, and born on February 6, 1985, in Tårnby, Amager, Denmark, is a Danish-Romanian singer-songwriter. She began her career with a brief stint in dance before transitioning to music. In 2009, she released her debut single "I Lay My Head", which later appeared on her first album The Black Cat Neighbourhood, launched in 2010. This album was certified platinum in September 2011 for 20,000 copies sold. Her second album, Escapism, was released in February 2013. In 2016, she released her third studio album, Perfect Tense, followed by All My Eyes are Open in 2020 and Celeste in 2023.
