Diego Leonardo, also known as DL Original, is a Brazilian funk/eletrofunk artist whose most visible run began in 2025 through collaborations with VISTEON and DESANDE. In October 2025 he put out feature-led singles like “ARROCHA TRIO GOIANO VS PAMONHEIRO” with MC Juninho 62, MC Yuri GM, MC Raphinha and MC Menor Jeeh and “PRA MIDIA NOIS E ARTISTA” feat. MC Viitin GR, then anchored that cycle with the seven-track album BEATS DO ELETROFUNK VIBES (2025). He closed 2025 with another joint full-length, BASES DO ELETROFUNK ACADEMIA (2025), which expanded the “base”/DJ-tool concept across eight tracks. In January 2026, the trio followed with MONTAGEM BARRACO DA FAVELA (2026), built around multiple tempo/“slowed” variations of the title cut, and later that month they released the single “OFELIA - A SINA DE OFÉLIA (SERTANEJO)” (2026). DL Original kept that momentum into February 2026 with the EP MUSICA PRA TOMAR UMA (2026), which included “TO SOFRENDO” featuring Pampa Beat, and added the single “MTG TODA NOITE” (2026), continuing a steady, collaboration-driven release pattern.
