Decree

Decree is a Canadian industrial ensemble formed in 1991 in Vancouver. The group was established by Chris Peterson and John McRae, who previously collaborated in the electronic group Will. The ensemble released the debut studio album Wake of Devastation in 1996. Subsequent recordings included Moment of Silence (2004) and Fateless (2011). Peterson continued as a member alongside Sean Lawson, Ross Redhead, and Matt Pease. The ensemble performed the song “Doom Room” in the episode “Dance of the Dead” for the television series Masters of Horror. In 2018, Artoffact Records released a vinyl collection featuring the group's studio albums.
