Plastic Noise Experience, a German electronic music group, was founded in 1989 by Claus Kruse and Stephan Kalwa. The duo's initial project, Plastic Error, laid the groundwork for Plastic Noise Experience with demo tapes such as "Grundriß", "Existence", and "Forever". Their first live performance took place on January 5, 1991, at the Schlachthof-Party in Bremen. The group's album, Transmission, was released in 1992 by GA Records, featuring tracks like "Kill the 6" and "Gold". Notable releases include String of Ice (1993) and -196° C (1994), which featured collaborations with Dirk Ivens of Klinik. After a hiatus, Plastic Noise Experience returned in 1997 with the album Rauschen, followed by notable releases such as Maschinenmusik (2004) and Therapy (2014).
