Selling over 12 million records worldwide, the group earned four Brit Award nominations and a Soul Train Lady of Soul Award before disbanding in 2005. Washington launched her solo career in 2010 with the single “OMG (Oh My Gosh)”, which topped charts across Europe, and established her record label, Swash Music, in 2012. In 2019, Washington released the singles “Gone” and “My Life”, and in 2026 announced a Mis-Teeq reunion concert at Wembley Arena to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Lickin' on Both Sides.
