Concord Dawn ist eine neuseeländische Drum-and-Bass-Gruppe, die Mitte 1999 gegründet wurde und aus Matt Harvey (alias Matty C) und Evan Short besteht. Sie wurden von dem lokalen Label für elektronische Musik Kog Transmissions unter Vertrag genommen und veröffentlichten ihr Debütalbum Concord Dawn im Juli 2000. Ihr zweites Album, Disturbance, wurde im Mai 2001 veröffentlicht und gewann bei den bNet Music Awards 2001 den Preis für das beste elektronische Album. Das dritte Album der Gruppe, Uprising, das im Juni 2003 veröffentlicht wurde, erreichte in Neuseeland Platinstatus und enthielt international gefeierte Titel wie "Morning Light" und "Don't Tell Me". Nach dem Ausstieg von Evan Short machte Matt Harvey als Solokünstler unter dem Namen Concord Dawn weiter und veröffentlichte 2011 die EPThe Race to Zero. Ende 2023 kam das Duo wieder zusammen, um eine Reihe von letzten Konzerten in ihrem Heimatland Neuseeland zu geben und sich endgültig zu verabschieden.
