Charles Jordan, born Charles Jordan Jr. on July 11, 1890 in Mabelvale, Arkansas, was an American St. Louis blues singer-songwriter and guitarist. He recorded numerous singles for Vocalion and Decca between 1930 and 1937 and played with notable bluesmen such as Peetie Wheatstraw, Roosevelt Sykes, Casey Bill Weldon, and Memphis Minnie. Jordan's unique style featured a "crisply firm guitar" sound. He frequently worked with Big Joe Williams in the late 1930s and into the 1940s. Jordan died on November 15, 1954, in St. Louis, Missouri.
