Truth & Salvage Co. is a six-piece roots rock/Americana band from Los Angeles, California, formed in late 2005 when members from Scrappy Hamilton and Old Pike merged. The group gained national attention in 2009 when Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson signed them to his Silver Arrow label and featured them as the opening act on his band's tour that year. Their debut album, Truth & Salvage Co., was released on May 25, 2010, produced by Robinson. The album included the track "Them Jeans", which was featured in Gap Jeans' iPad e-commerce application. The band embarked on a summer tour across the United States, performing at festivals such as Bonnaroo, Beale Street Music Festival, Wakarusa, Stagecoach Festival, and High Sierra Music Festival. Their second record, Pick Me Up, was released on July 23, 2013, co-produced by the band and Jon Ashley. The album featured 12 original tracks and a cover of Joe South’s "Games People Play".
