Whyzdom, a French symphonic metal band from Paris, was formed in 2007 by Vynce Leff. The group gained early recognition with their EP Daughter of the Night in 2008, earning awards such as "Best French Band 2008" from Metalsymphonique.com and "Best EP" from HeavyLaw.com. Their debut album, From the Brink of Infinity, was released in 2009. In 2015, they released Symphony For A Hopeless God. The band's fourth album, As Time Turns to Dust, was published in 2018. Their fifth album, Of Wonders And Wars (2021), included a tribute song "Notre Dame", commemorating the fire at the Notre Dame de Paris in 2019.
