The Photo Atlas, a dance-punk quartet from Denver, Colorado, formed in 2004. The band consisted of Alan Andrews Jr on vocals and guitar, Chris Martinez on guitar, and Wes Luna on bass. Their early breakthrough came with the release of their EP Handshake Heartattack in 2006, followed by their debut studio album No, Not Me, Never in 2007. The band gained significant attention when they were named Spin.com's Artist of the Day on March 8, 2007. They released several notable EPs, including To Silently Provoke the Ghost (2009) and The Friendship EP (2009). The Photo Atlas performed at various high-profile events such as SXSW, CMJ, and the Mile High Music Festival, sharing the stage with acts like Alkaline Trio and Portugal. The Man. Their song "Red Orange Yellow" was featured in multiple video games including Burnout Paradise and MLB 07: The Show.
