Fat Tuesday was formed in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1988 by frontman Andrew Crowley, who handled guitar and vocals, alongside guitarist Michael Provence, bassist Scott Kapp, and drummer Scott Anderson. The band first gained local attention with their first albu "So Much More, leading to a deal with Red Decibel Records and Columbia Records. In 1991, they released their major‑label debut Califuneral; the album received critical praise for its aggressive sound. Their follow‑up, Everybody's Got One, came out in 1993 and included the single "High & Low," which earned national radio play. The group disbanded in 1995.
