Natural Selection was an American pop group from Minneapolis, Minnesota, formed in 1989. In 1991, they released the single “Do Anything” (1991), which achieved significant commercial success, reaching number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and number 10 on the Australian ARIA singles chart, where it also earned a gold certification. The same year, the group released their self-titled debut album Natural Selection (1991) on EastWest Records, produced by members Elliot Erickson and Frederick Thomas. The album also featured the follow-up single “Hearts Don't Think (They Feel)!” (1991), which reached number 28 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
