Demonical is a Swedish death metal band formed in 2006 by former members of Centinex. The group released their debut demo, Bloodspell Divine (2006), which included all songs later featured on their first full-length album, Servants of the Unlight (2007). They also released a split EP with the American blackened death metal band Absu, featuring "Unholy Desecration" from Demonical's demo and "The Gold Torques of Uláid" from Absu's compilation Mythological Occult Metal: 1991-2001. In 2009, Demonical released their second album, Hellsworn, followed by Death Infernal in 2011. Their fourth album, Darkness Unbound, was recorded at Necromorbus Studio in Stockholm and released in 2013. Other releases include the EP Black Flesh Redemption (2015) and the albums Chaos Manifesto (2018), World Domination (2020), and Mass Destroyer (2022).
