Delta Moon, an American swamp blues, blues rock, and blues band, was founded in Inman Park, Atlanta, Georgia, by Mark Johnson and Tom Gray. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2002 on their own label. In 2003, Delta Moon won the International Blues Challenge and performed at festivals such as the Sarasota Blues Fest. The band's lineup evolved over the years, with notable members including Gina Leigh, Kristin Markiton, Darren Stanley, Franher Joseph, and Vic Stafford. Their album Low Down was named one of the best albums of 2015 by Down Beat magazine. The band also released several albums, including Cabbagetown (2017) and Babylon is Falling (2018). Tom Gray passed away on October 16, 2021, from cancer.
