Andr is an emerging artist from Taipei known for blending indie pop and alternative R&B with a cinematic sound built around layered guitar and ambient textures. Singing in both Mandarin and English, Andr gained early recognition with the debut single “Night Lotion” which was selected for streaming platforms' Best of Radar 2023. In 2024, Andr released the first full-length album shhh, it’s under my bed, featuring the track “Swapping Socks” with Thai singer mindfreakkk. The album showcases Andr’s ability to fuse cross-cultural influences and introspective storytelling. One standout song, “CAT & MOUSE”(2025) created in collaboration with Japanese beatmaker A.G.O, highlights Andr’s skill in crafting moody, genre-fluid compositions. Live performances at SXSW Sydney and SXSW Austin helped expand Andr’s international profile and introduced her music to a wider audience beyond Asia. Her unique sound and artistic vision led to a nomination for Best New Artist at the 36th Golden Melody Awards, marking her as one of the leading voices in Taiwan’s alternative pop scene.
