Abdoujaparov is an English punk band formed on October 19, 1998, by ex-Carter USM guitarist Les Carter, also known as Fruitbat. The band's musical foundation is rooted in the 1977 punk rock scene. Abdoujaparov released their first EP, Punk Confetti, in 1998, followed by Maria's Umbrella (1999), Baby Food (1999), Just Shut Up! (2000), and Emergency Medical Hologram (2001). Their debut album, Air Odeon Disco Pub, was released in 2002. The band has toured extensively across the UK, Germany, Australia, and America. Abdoujaparov also composed the single "Pop Pop Pop" for the video game Airburst Extreme in 2004. Their fourth album, Race Home Grow Love, was released in 2021.
