WeltenBrand, a rock band from Liechtenstein, was formed in 1995 by Oliver Falk with Ritchie Wenaweser and Simone Steiner on vocals. In their debut year, WeltenBrand secured a record deal with Witchhunt Records and released their first album, Das Rabenland. The following year, they signed to Falk's own label, M.O.S. Records Ltd., and released Das Nachtvolk. WeltenBrand's third album, Der Untergang von Trisona, was released in 1999 and received media praise for its bombastic appeal and relentless energy. The band later signed to Napalm Records and released their fifth album, The End of the Wizard, in 2006. In the mid-2000s, the band underwent several lineup changes, including the addition of Christian Sele on bass and the departure of Simone Steiner, who was replaced by Dina Falk. In July 2007, Ritchie Wenaweser was replaced by Manja Wagner.
