Serge Movili Mazami, known professionally as Celeo Scram, and born on April 3, 1978, in Kinshasa, Congo, is a singer. He began his musical journey by joining street groups during the economic crisis of the 1980s. In December 1997, after the dissolution of Wenge Musica 4x4 B.C.B.G., Celeo Scram was recruited by Werrason and other cofounders to join Wenge Musica Maison Mère. With this group, he traveled extensively, performing in major venues across France and Africa. In 2007, following a departure from the group due to disagreements with Werrason, Celeo Scram launched his own label and released his debut solo album Nzoto na Nzoto in 2008, which topped Congolese charts with over 20,000 copies sold in its first week.
