Brandon Block is a British club DJ and producer born on 26 November 1967 in London. At age four he moved to Wembley. His career began in 1985 at the John Lyon pub in Harrow. Block achieved professional recognition for his first club residency in 1988 at ZigZag in Ealing, where he established the night Haven Stables. He achieved professional recognition for performing in Ibiza in 1990 and held residencies at venues including Up Yer Ronson, FUBAR, Club for Life, and Scream. He performed at venues including Ministry of Sound and Turnmills, and appeared on the radio program Essential Mix. In 1997, he became a radio presenter on Kiss 100 with Alex P. Under the stage name Blockster, he released the tracks "Something Goin' On" (1999), "Grooveline" (1999), and "You Should Be.." (1999). He achieved professional recognition for the track "You Should Be Dancing" (1999) which reached number 3 in the United Kingdom, and the track "The Groove Line" (1999) which reached number 18. Block appeared on the television programs Heads Up with Richard Herring (2005), Celebrity Come Dine with Me (2012), and Celebrity Big Brother (2017). He achieved professional recognition for his work as a project worker for the NHS, and mental health agencies.
