Sztywny Pal Azji, a Polish rock band, was founded in 1986 in Chrzanów by Leszek Nowak and Jarosław Kisiński. The group gained prominence during the 1986 Jarocin Festival, showcasing a blend of punk rock, reggae, and pop that quickly garnered them a significant following. Their debut album Europa i Azja was released in 1988, featuring hits like "Spotkanie z..." and "Wieża radości, wieża samotności", both included in Marek Niedźwiedzki's desired Third Program on Polish Radio. The band continued to release successful albums such as Szukam nowego siebie in 1989, which included hits like "Smutna środa" and "Nie zmienię świata". Following the death of original drummer Janusz Deda in June 2006, his passing was commemorated with a farewell concert in Chrzanów. They returned in 2007 with a new lead singer, Bartosz Szymoniak, and released Miłość jak dynamit in 2008. In 2012, another album was released titled Fiss Pink, followed by Szara (2017), and Jestem tu po to (2022).
