Carnivores is an American indie rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, established in 2009. The ensemble was founded by musicians Philip Frobos, Nathaniel Higgins, and Caitlin Lang. Their recording career began with the debut studio recording All Night Dead USA (2010), which was released through the label Double Phantom Records. The group reached wider visibility for a musical style that has been described as noise pop. The ensemble released the studio recording If I’m Ancient (2010) followed by the single "Prom Night" (2011) and the extended play Chandelier EP (2011). In 2013, Carnivores signed with the label Army of Bad Luck Records and released the studio recording Second Impulse. The ensemble has performed international tours as a support act for musicians including The Black Lips, Atlas Sound, and Franz Ferdinand. They have collaborated with the musicians Frankie Broyles and Bradford Cox, the latter of whom performed on their 2013 single "Pillow Talk".
