Natural Snow Buildings, a French experimental music group, was formed in 1998 by Mehdi Ameziane and Solange Gularte. They met in Paris and began making music together in May 1998, self-releasing their first demos, Witch-Season (1999) and Two Sides of a Horse (2000). Their debut album, Ghost Folks, was recorded in 2001 and released in 2003. Over the next decade, they released several albums including The Winter Ray (2004), The Dance of the Moon and the Sun (2006), and Night Coercion Into the Company of Witches (2008). Many of their releases were produced in extremely limited quantities.
