Tyrants Blood is a Canadian thrash and death metal band from Vancouver, British Columbia, formed in 2005 by former members of the black metal band Blasphemy and other notable acts. Current members include Marco Banco on guitar and Matt Modder on drums. The group released their self-titled debut album Tyrants Blood in 2006. In 2008, they released the EP Prophecy, followed by the full-length album Crushing Onward into Oblivion in 2009 with new lead vocalist Brian Langley. The band's fast-paced later albums, including Into the Kingdom of Graves (2013), earned them a reputation as a speed metal band.
