Symphorce, a German power metal band from Stuttgart, was formed in October 1998 by Andy B. Franck. Their debut album, Truth to Promises, was released in 1999. The band underwent several lineup changes and signed with Metal Blade Records, releasing PhorcefulAhead in 2002. They toured extensively, supporting acts like Kamelot and Grave Digger, and performed at major festivals such as Wacken Open Air and Summer Breeze. Subsequent albums include Twice Second (2004), Godspeed (2005), and Become Death (2007). In 2010, they signed with AFM Records and released their final album, Unrestricted (2010). Symphorce disbanded in October 2011 due to the members' commitments to other projects.
