Lokkhi Terra is a British world music ensemble from London established in 2006. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style characterized by world music that combines Cuban rumba, Bengali folk, and South African township. The ensemble was founded by the musician Kishon Khan. Their musical career began with their first performance at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in 2006. Lokkhi Terra achieved professional recognition for performing at the South Asian Games opening ceremony. They achieved professional recognition for performing at the Barbican Centre and at the festival WOMAD. Their recording career began with the debut studio recording No Visa Required (2010). The ensemble achieved professional recognition for the studio recording Che Guava's Rickshaw Diaries (2012). Their discography included the studio recording Cubafrobeat (2018) with the musician Dele Sosimi and the studio recording Cubangla (2020). Lokkhi Terra achieved professional recognition for featuring on the compilation recording London's Calling and the compilation recording A Beginner's Guide to India.
