Kurt Buschmann, born in Seeon, Germany, on September 7, 1955, is a German saxophonist, clarinetist, and composer. He began accordion and vocal lessons in childhood and formed his first rock band at age 16. In 1983, he began saxophone lessons and founded the rock group Per Expreß, where he sang and composed. He released his first solo album, EAU, in 1994, followed by You Don't Know What Love Is in 1995. He released the live album Making Love In Lola – live in 2003 and the album Use Your Time in 2010. His subsequent album releases included Longing To Roam in 2013, Coffee For Angels in 2013, and The Blues Is Gone in 2014. Buschmann has toured with Ike Moriz since 2016, performed with Sasha Pushkin, and worked in youth music education and charitable organizations.
