Heather Leigh is an American improvisational musician and songwriter born in the United States in 1979. Heather Leigh Murray performed in the groups Taurpis Tula and Ash Castles on the Ghost Coast before appearing in the ensemble Dream/Aktion Unit with Thurston Moore. Their discography includes the solo albums There's a Brunette Up in Tulsa That Cries for Me (2002), Give the Ashes to the Indians (2005), and Pot Baby (2006) [User Query, 71]. Leigh collaborated with the musician Peter Brötzmann on the recordings Sex Tape (2016) and Ears Are Filled with Wonder (2017). Subsequent recordings include the albums I Abused Animals (2015) and Glory Days (2018).
