Revenge of the Psychotronic Man, an English punk band with hardcore influences, was formed in 2004. The original lineup included Andy Davies on bass and vocals, Davey Psychotronic on guitar and vocals, and Christopher ‘Big Hands’ Hinsley on drums. Liam McDevitt joined on guitar in 2005 before being replaced by Matt Woods in 2007. Their early releases included the full-length album Shitty Zombies. In 2008, Andy Davies co-founded TNSrecords with Tim Bevington, releasing their first split EP with The Fractions. The band's breakthrough came with the critically acclaimed album Make Pigs Smoke, released in May 2009. They supported established acts such as Bad Religion and Discharge, and toured extensively across Europe. Notable releases include Shattered Dreams Parkway (2012). In 2018, Revenge of the Psychotronic Man announced their split, concluding with a sold-out final gig at Rebellion in Manchester.
