This Empty Flow was a Finnish band formed in Turku in 1994. Founded by Jori Sjöroos and Niko Sirkiä, the group transitioned from the funeral doom style of their previous band, Thergothon, to a blend of gothic rock and dream pop. Their debut album, Magenta Skycode (1996), appeared before they disbanded due to musical differences. Subsequent releases include the collection Three Empty Boys (1999), the mini-album Useless and Empty Songs (2000), and the compilation Nowafter (2001). In 2006, the debut album was re-released as a two-CD set titled The Album (2006).
