Scott Cossu is an American new-age pianist. His debut album, Still Moments, was released in 1980 on Windham Hill Records, marking his debut in the jazz genre. Subsequent albums include Wind Dance (1981), Spirals (1982), and Islands (1984). In 1987, his album She Describes Infinity reached number 24 on the U.S. Billboard Top Contemporary Jazz Albums chart. Following a life-threatening head injury in September 1989, Cossu made a full recovery and continued his musical journey with albums like When Spirits Fly, released in 1998, and Emerald Pathway in 2002.
