Tim De Graeve, known professionally as Tiny Legs Tim, was born on November 28, 1978, in Westoutre, Belgium. He began playing guitar at age eight and formed his first blues band at seventeen. After studying biology, he pursued a musical career full-time in 2009, releasing his debut EP Please Dr Please under the name Tiny Legs Tim & The Concrete Blues Band. De Graeve released several albums including One Man Blues (2011), TLT (2013), and Melodium Rag (2017). He was a prominent figure in the Belgian blues scene, performing extensively across Europe. In 2015, he launched his own label, Sing My Title. De Graeve passed away on May 22, 2022, at age 43 due to complications from a liver transplant surgery. Posthumously, "Death Bells Ringing" was released in 2023, followed by the album Sing My Title, featuring fifteen previously unreleased tracks.
