Buck Wild was an American skate punk band formed in 1995 by former Lagwagon guitarist Shawn Dewey. Originally conceived as Dewey's side project with drummer and guitarist Dave Hanacek, the band became his primary focus after he left Lagwagon following the release of the debut EP Little Punch You in the Ear (1995). Buck Wild released two studio albums through Lobster Records—Beat Me Silly (1996) and Full Metal Overdrive (1999)—and toured Europe with Undeclinable Ambuscade and Ten Foot Pole in support of their debut. The band disbanded in 1999.
