Sara Parker (born Ellen Sarah Naomi Parker) is a British house singer and icon of the 1990s club scene. Appearing in the middle of the decade, at the height of the golden age of vocal house, she became known for her powerful soul voice within the underground sphere, before achieving success with the track "My Love Is Deep". Originally released in 1995 on the Sharp Recordings label, then reissued in 1997, the track reached No. 22 in the UK charts and spawned a number of remixes, notably by The Sharp Boys and Armand Van Helden. Despite further singles such as "Feelin' You" and "Something on the DJ" in 1998, Sara Parker was unable to replicate her initial success.
