Neosignal is an electronic music band who formed in Hamburg, Germany at the tail end of 2011. Their sound is imbued with deep cinematic flourishes, explosive energy, percise sound design and also a human analog vibe.
After years of solo productions Florian Harres (also known as Phace) and Michael Bräuninger (also known as Misanthrop) decided to unite their musical vision in Neosignal to reach out into new angles of electronic music and to fulfill their own perception of combining human soul
and digital technology in sound and vision.
Having released their first pieces of music in form of a remix of Noisia’s ‘Stigma’ on Deadmau5’s Mau5trap, a remix of Rockwell & Kito’s ‘Childhood Memories’ on Shogun Audio and a remix of Koan Sound’s ‘Eastern Thug’ on Skrillex’s OWSLA imprint, the duo fully dedicated 2012 to the production of their debut LP.
While showcasing their LP the very first time at Europes biggest independent music festival Eurosonic in Groningen, Holland in
January 2013, Noisia instantly decided to sign the LP to their Division Recordings imprint.
