Einar Solberg, born 28 April 1985 in Notodden, Norway, is a singer, songwriter, and keyboardist. He formed the band Leprous in 2001 with childhood friend Tor Oddmund Suhrke and studied at the Nordic Institute of Stage and Studio, completing a degree at the University of Wolverhampton in 2010. Einar Solberg’s solo career launched with the single "Grotto" in February 2023, leading to the album 16 in June 2023, which featured tracks such as "A Beautiful Life" and "Over the Top". He followed with the livestream release The Congregation Acoustic in February 2024, and the single "Stella Mortua" in November 2025, announcing the album Vox Occulta, released in April 2026. Throughout, Einar Solberg collaborated with Ihsahn, Haken, and Persefone, while touring Europe in 2023 and 2026 to promote his solo work.
