The Fog Joggers, an indie rock group from Germany, was formed in 2007 in Krefeld. The band's name was suggested by their drummer and referenced his previous band. Their initial releases included the single "Autumn Girl" in 2008 and the EP To Strangers And Friends in 2010. The Fog Joggers gained significant attention with their debut album, Let’s Call It a Day, released in 2011, through Welcome Home Music. The song "Waiting in the Wings" from this album became widely recognized after being featured in Bitburger Brauerei's advertisements. In May 2014, they released their second full-length album, From Heart to Toe. The band underwent a lineup change in summer 2016 when Christian Peitz left and was replaced by Christian Hermanns. They celebrated their ten-year anniversary with a concert at the Kulturfabrik Krefeld on April 2017. In early 2017, they dropped "The" from their name, becoming simply Fog Joggers.
