Bonjah was an Australian musical ensemble formed in 2006 in Tauranga, New Zealand. The original lineup consisted of Glenn Mossop, Regan Lethbridge, David Morgan, and Dan Chisholm. The group initially performed under the name Bonjahbango while studying in Dunedin before relocating to Melbourne and shortening its name. In 2009, Bonjah released the debut studio recording Until Dawn. The track “Bring Back the Fire” received an APRA nomination for Best Blues and Roots Song of the Year. The ensemble performed on tours in Japan, England, and Germany and supported musicians including Paul Kelly and the band The Who. Its discography included the studio recordings Go Go Chaos (2011) and Beautiful Wild (2014), the latter of which reached number 41 on the Australian charts. The group became inactive in 2016.
