Christoph Weiherer, born on March 19, 1980 in Burghausen, Germany, is a German singer and liedermacher. He co-founded the duo Canis Lupus with Christian Brams in 1999, recording their debut album 2001 before disbanding at the end of 2001. Weiherer began his solo career in early 2002 with the album Fährmann, gaining attention through tours across Germany and Austria. In 2004, he was nominated for the German Folk Prize in the Newcomer category and released his second studio album Scheiß da Hund. Notable albums include Scheiße Schrein! (2009), Offline Live (2011), and A Liad, a Freiheit und a Watschn (2013). Weiherer's songs "Eia sissdem", "Und nimma auf", and "Undda Drugg" reached the Protest Song Contest finals. He has been recognized with the German Songwriters' Award in 2005 and the Hanns Seidel Foundation's Young Talent Award in 2016.
