Automatism

AUTOMATISM is an instrumental rock band from Stockholm, Sweden. We formed in the spring of 2017 by initiative of guitarist Hans Hjelm and have band members from Kungens Män, Fanatism and New Rose. We look for moments of effortless music creation and try to capture them on record. All songs are improvised live in the studio, with overdubs added. The music is based in psych rock, with some added kraut, space rock, and modal jazz elements.
